John McCain Puts Obama in his Place

Today durring the Healthcare Summit Senator Jon McCain spoke about broken campain pledge:

"Eight times you said negotiations on healthcare reform would be conducted before C-Span cameras," McCain said. "I'm glad, more than a year later, that they are here."

"Unfortunately this product was not produced in that fashion," McCain said. "It was produced behind doors. It was produced with unsavory -- I say that with respect -- deal making."

CR Johnson Dies doing what he loved

It is a sad day in sports. CR Johnson age 26 was killed today while skiing at Squaw Valley, CA. It is reported that he lost his balance on the steep slope in a part of the resort known as the Light Towers area and hit his head on some rocks. His helmet took a blow and was just not enough to protect him.

Bloom Box an energy miracle

Yesterday Bloom Energy Corporation announced their Bloom Energy Server, a patented solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology that provides a cleaner, more reliable, and more affordable alternative to both electric grid as well as traditional renewable energy sources. The Bloom Energy Server provides distributed power generation, allowing customers to efficiently create their own electricity onsite. The Bloom Energy Server is distinct in four primary ways: it uses lower cost materials, provides unmatched efficiency in converting fuel to electricity, has the ability to run on a wide range of renewable or traditional fuels, and is more easily deployed and maintained. Unlike traditional renewable energy technologies, like solar and wind, which are intermittent, Bloom's technology can provide renewable power 24/7. Each Bloom Energy Server provides 100 kilowatts (kW) of power in roughly the footprint of a parking space. Each system generates enough power to meet the needs of approximately 100 average U.S. homes or a small office building. For more power, customers simply deploy multiple Energy Servers side by side. The modular architecture allows customers to start small and 'pay as they grow'.

In an interview with “60 Minutes,” Bloom Energy cofounder K.R. Sridhar said he anticipated that within the next decade Bloom could sell units big enough to power the average American home for about $3,000.

Killer Whale Kills trainer

Dawn Brancheau, 40, died after the killer whale grabbed her.

What makes this worse is the children that watched this happen durring the show. Let hope this doesn't stop the show from going on at SeaWorld, as they say the show must go on.

The Healthcare Bill Is back

Well today my Obama is holding his Health Care Summit. So far I am surprised on how well they are all getting aloing and seem to be offering up some good ideas. Let's hope they are being sincere.
